(St. Charles, IL) CartonCraft CEO, Tony Reyes and The Tony Reyes Family Foundation are showing their appreciation for first responders and front-line healthcare workers by providing free meals.
Tony himself has been busy on the weekends cooking up specialties such as fish tacos with rice and beans, and wood-fire smoked Angus prime rib beef and baked potato dinners. He’s distributed these meals through the Knights of Columbus Council 8002 Friday Night Fish Fry Dinners, and Easter Vigil dinners. Local law enforcement officers have stopped by to pick-up their meals with curbside delivery provided by the KOC 8002. Not to be outdone, our Ft. Madison, Iowa location PaperPak is doing the same with their law enforcement and hospital workers, said Reyes.
The Foundation has also partnered with Caliendo’s Restaurant & Bar and is providing free meals to Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital employees and RMHC near CDH families, staff and volunteers. So far meals have been provided to the ER, Pediatric Oncology, and Respiratory departments at CDH.
These initiatives have involved over 100 hours of volunteer work, and $10,000 in donations. “Nothing makes me feel better than helping others in their greatest time of need,” said Reyes.
CartonCraft Inc. serves customers nationwide and is making an impact in the local community as well. If you’re interested in helping show your support, donations can be made to the Foundation at https://thetonyreyesfamilyfoundation.org/. Or checks may be sent to the Foundation at 2900 DuKane Drive, Suite 2, St. Charles, IL 60174. Thank you!
